2016

My name is Chandler Reese and I was born in Manistee, Michigan in July 28th, 1995. I moved to Farmington, MI when I was 3 years old and have lived in the suburbs of Detroit my entire life. In 2014, I attended college at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI. In January of 2016, I studied abroad in Rome, Italy at John Cabot University. I graduated in December of 2017 and I aspire to become a filmmaker someday. I  have a passion for film and enjoy collaborating with other people.
Currently, I work three jobs including being a camera operator for the Kalamazoo Wings Hockey Team, which is an affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks in the NHL and a Freelance Marketing Video Intern for the Michigan West Coast Chamber of Commerce in Holland, MI. I have also done work for WKTV Studios and the Grand Rapids Film Festival. Attached is my resume for more information. I hope to branch out and further my network to locations such as Los Angeles and New York. I write and edit on a daily basis, which include 4 feature length scripts, and two episodes for a TV Series I am working on. In the Summer of 2018, I made my directorial debut with my short film "Every Memory Counts", a story about my relationship with my Grandpa Jim Reese, for whom the film was dedicated to. Currently, that film is on the market at festivals and I am very proud of it.
